- Processing invoices on ERP

- Prepare projects dash boards

- Projects Running Cost Monitoring

- Project Invoices Monitoring

- Manage / Monitor company Assets

- Monitor subcontractors and suppliers SOA’s

- Projects commercial Closing

- Project Handing Over Documents Closing

- Sub Contractors Security Cheque Log Sheet

- Assist in audits and financial reviews as required

- Analyse project performance data including cost, schedule, productivity, and resource utilization

Skills:

- Should be strong in excel

- Should be able to use plan swift / autocad

- Other Microsoft offices

Preferably a candidate who can join asap and with contracting background

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
