Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Job Summary : Manage and control construction costs, prepare tender documents, and provide cost advice to ensure projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gulf experience required
• Prepare and manage tender documents
• Conduct cost analysis and provide cost advice
• Manage and control construction costs
• Ensure compliance with budget and financial regulations

QA / QC Engineer

• Develop and implement quality control procedures
• Conduct inspections and identify defects
• Implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Collaborate with production team to improve quality

Joinery Draftsman

• Create detailed drawings for joinery and fabrication projects
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
• Collaborate with design team to develop project plans
• Review and revise drawings as necessary

Sales Manager

• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Lead and manage sales team
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities

Sales Engineer

• Provide technical sales support
• Build and maintain customer relationships
• Identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with sales team to develop sales strategies

Structural Design Engineer (G+1 DM Approved)

• Design and develop structural steel projects
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
• Collaborate with design team to develop project plans
• Review and revise designs as necessary

Planning Engineer

• Plan and schedule fabrication and construction projects
• Ensure timely completion and compliance with project schedules
• Collaborate with project team to develop project plans
• Identify and mitigate potential delays

Site Supervisor

• Oversee site operations and ensure project execution
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with project team to develop project plans
• Identify and mitigate potential issues

Fabricators

• Fabricate steel and aluminum structures
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
• Collaborate with production team to meet project deadlines
• Identify and report potential issues

Fitters

• Assemble and install fabricated components
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards
• Collaborate with production team to meet project deadlines
• Identify and report potential issues

MIG / TIG Welders

• Perform welding tasks for fabrication projects
• Ensure compliance with welding standards and industry regulations
• Collaborate with production team to meet project deadlines
• Identify and report potential issues

Requirements :

• Relevant experience in respective field
• UAE experience preferred
• Strong technical skills and knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
