Quantity Surveyor (QS)

Core Responsibilities:

• Preparation and verification of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Effective cost planning, budgeting, and financial control of projects
• Evaluation of contractor bills, variations, and claims
• Monitoring project costs against budgets and advising on cost optimization
• Coordination with project, procurement, and consultant teams

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in housing societies and high-rise construction projects
• Strong command over rate analysis, contracts, and cost management practices
• Sound understanding of local construction market dynamics
• Proficiency in relevant QS tools/software and MS Office
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or relevant field
• Professional certifications (if any) will be an added advantage
