Job Title: QuickBooks Specialist, Accounts Manager

Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan

Salary Range: PKR 90,000 - 125,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QuickBooks Accounting Software Specialist to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with hands-on experience in using QuickBooks for various accounting functions. This role requires excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company’s financial records using QuickBooks.

- Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice generation, payments, and reconciliations.

- Prepare and process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

- Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist with tax filings.

- Monitor and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations.

- Assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and audits.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.

- Provide training and support to staff on QuickBooks software as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on QuickBooks.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
