Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, US Time Zone

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Accounting Specialist with strong hands-on experience in accounting operations, QuickBooks, AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, taxation, and financial reporting.

This role is suitable for someone who can manage day-to-day accounting tasks accurately, maintain financial records, and support reporting for a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform accurate bank reconciliations.
• Handle payroll processing and taxation compliance.
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, and financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Track expenses and support budgeting/cash flow reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-control opportunities.
• Support audits and ensure GAAP/IFRS compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong expertise in QuickBooks Online/Desktop.
• Experience in AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting.
• Good knowledge of taxation, compliance, and accounting principles.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with US accounting or international clients.
• ERP knowledge such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar.
• Ability to work independently during US business hours.
