Tiktok Account Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop accounts.
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock updates to prevent overselling.
• Manage promotional campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, and platform discounts.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute TikTok Shop campaigns and product launches.
• Track account health, policy compliance, and resolve violations or account-related issues.
• Process and monitor customer orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
• Analyze sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with customer support and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Stay updated with TikTok Shop policies, trends, and platform features.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
