Quickbooks Payroll Specialist / Bookkeeper (3 Years Experience)

Payroll Specialist and Bookeeper needed for fast growing bookkeeping office. Quickbooks Desktop is a MUST! Will have to handle payroll for numerous companies in a day. Need to understand how to manually calculate payroll in order to answer questions and catch errors, do not just rely on the computer. Be able to assist with quarterly reports and annual reports. Must be familiar with state taxes, federal taxes, EFTPS and general payroll requirements. Must be self motivated, efficient, energetic and dependable and hard working. Detail oriented a must! Must also know all aspects of full charge bookkeeping.

QuickBooks Desktop a MUST! DO NOT Apply if you do not have experience with multi business payroll.

Must be able to pass a background check. Drug free work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
