Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

🔎 Position Overview

We are urgently seeking an experienced RCM Specialist – Lab Billing (Manager Level) with strong hands-on expertise in US laboratory billing, end-to-end revenue cycle management, denial resolution, AR recovery, and team supervision.

The ideal candidate must have proven leadership experience and deep knowledge of lab CPT coding, payer guidelines, and compliance standards.

✅ Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end Laboratory Billing Revenue Cycle

* Oversee charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-ups

* Handle complex denials, appeals, and reprocessing

* Monitor AR aging and recovery targets

* Ensure compliance with HIPAA and US payer policies

* Analyze reimbursement trends and identify revenue leakage

* Supervise and mentor billing team members

* Conduct audits and performance evaluations

* Communicate with US clients professionally

* Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

* Implement SOP improvements and workflow optimization

🎯 Required Expertise

Strong knowledge of:

* Lab CPT codes

* ICD-10

* Modifier usage

* Medical necessity guidelines

Hands-on experience with:

* Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Payers

* Clearinghouses

* EHR/EMR systems

* AR aging control & revenue recovery strategy

Strong analytical and reporting skills

* Excellent communication (written & verbal English)

* Minimum 4–6 years of US healthcare RCM experience

* Minimum 2+ years specifically in Laboratory Billing

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
