R&D Executive

SAMA ENGINEERING is looking for a creative and research-oriented R&D Executive to support product development, market research, and innovation initiatives for packaging and processing machinery.

The ideal candidate should have experience in research, product development, market analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and competitor research
• Identify new product ideas and business opportunities
• Research new technologies, materials, and industry trends
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Sales teams
• Assist in product testing and performance evaluation
• Support continuous improvement and cost optimization projects
• Analyze customer requirements and suggest product enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in R&D, Product Development, Market Research, or Business Analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent research and report-writing abilities
• Good command of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry
• Knowledge of product development and process improvement
• Familiarity with ERP systems will be an advantage
