Capital Zone Properties is expanding, and we’re looking for a sharp, organized, and experienced Real Estate Administrator to support our brokers and partner real estate companies.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct administrative support to real estate brokers
  • Manage listing and transaction files from start to finish
  • Prepare, review, and organize contracts and related documentation
  • Coordinate with brokerages, agents, title companies, and clients
  • Track deadlines and ensure smooth closings
  • Maintain CRM systems and compliance records
  • Assist with listing input and marketing coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of real estate administration experience (required)
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts and brokerage operations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Professional communication skills
  • Tech-savvy
