Real Estate Admin Assistant- Female

Role Objective

Affordable Plus Real Estate are looking for a sharp, organized Real Estate Admin Assistant to support our company. You will be the "backbone" of the office—managing property listings, coordinating with tenants/buyers, and ensuring all real estate documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Listing Management: Upload and update property units on portals (like Property Finder, Bayut, or Dubizzle) and social media.
  • Client Support: Handle inquiries rentals or property management services.
  • Document Coordination: Prepare Tenancy Contracts, Ejari applications, and NOC (No Objection Certificate) letters.
  • Lead Tracking: Manage the CRM or Excel sheet to ensure every lead from a phone call or WhatsApp is assigned to the right person.
  • Direct Marketing: Assist in sending out bulk WhatsApp or email campaigns to potential tenants/buyers.
  • Office Coordination: Schedule viewings for the field agents and maintain the property keys logbook.

Candidate Requirements

  • Communication: Excellent phone etiquette; must be able to switch easily between Tagalog and English.
  • Computer Skills: Must be very comfortable with Canva (for simple property flyers), Microsoft Excel, and property portals.
  • Experience: 1 year of office experience is preferred, but freshers with high energy and a "sales" personality are welcome to apply.
  • Attitude: Highly organized, honest, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: Fluent in Tagalog & English (Mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
