Hiring For Administrative Assistant -

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process tenancy documents and register contracts through Tawtheeq; maintain accurate records and coordinate with accounts.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on viewings, Tawtheeq, and tenancy status to the Managing Director.
  • Conduct background checks on prospective buyers via IDENFO (AML compliance).
  • Follow up with tenants on contract renewals and coordinate with leasing, listing, and marketing teams.
  • Manage tenant records, renewal projections, and vacant unit updates for client prospecting.
  • Handle property key management, handover documentation, and tracking logs.
  • Assist with broker licensing, developer registrations, and internal coordination with HR and sales teams.
  • Respond to tenant inquiries via email and phone; support departments with tenant-related matters.
  • Perform general administrative duties including inventory monitoring, attendance reporting, office coordination, and clerical support.

Job Requirements:

  • Owned Visa / Visit Visa
  • With Pleasing Personality
  • Good in English
