Real Estate Administrative Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our real estate development business. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with clients and brokers, managing listings, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain property files, sales documents, tenancy contracts, and NOCs.
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, and developers for property listings, viewings, and handovers.
  • Update CRM systems, portals, and property databases accurately.
  • Handle RERA forms, DEWA connections, and Ejari registrations (as needed).
  • Manage correspondence, calls, and inquiries related to sales and leasing.
  • Support the sales and operations teams with reports, schedules, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and Dubai Land Department regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of administrative experience in real estate (developer or brokerage preferred).
  • Familiarity with RERA, DLD, and Ejari processes.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
