REAL ESTATE ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Real Estate Administrator (Female only) to join and support our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong experienced in real estate administrative tasks, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Have knowledge in Portals, (DLD Website, Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle).
  • Have knowledge in Trakheesi and other platforms.
  • Well experience with CRM and listing portals, verify listings, resize and editing photos.
  • Have knowledge in Tenancy Contract, Addendum and Ejari
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Dubai REST app and its features.
  • Well experience with Developers procedures for resale NOC.
  • Review and verify documents such as Form F, Title Deeds, SPAs, Tenancy Contracts, and POAs.
  • Draft and send professional emails to clients.
  • Manage schedules, calendars, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Maintain high standards of organization and multitasking capabilities.
  • Pay strong attention to detail and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an admin in a real estate company.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive, and CRM systems.
  • English communication skills, both written and verbal. Arabic speaking more advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks efficiently.
  • Familiar with basic research methods and reporting techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
