Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and driven Real Estate Advisor to join our professional sales team. In this role, you will act as a trusted consultant to clients, guiding them through property purchases, sales, and investment decisions while representing Hogar Properties with the highest standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on residential, off-plan, and investment property opportunities in Dubai.
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential buyers and investors through various channels.
• Present properties through site visits, virtual tours, and professional client meetings.
• Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, pricing, and developer offerings.
• Negotiate terms and close transactions to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with marketing, administration, and developer teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Represent Hogar Properties at events, exhibitions, and client engagements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate advisory or property sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Client-focused mindset with high professional ethics.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Professional appearance and confident demeanor.
• UAE driving license preferred.
