Key Responsibilities

  • Sell off-plan and ready properties to both local and international clients
  • Build and manage a strong portfolio of clients, investors, and referral partners
  • Develop and implement business strategies for client acquisition & retention
  • Advise clients with in-depth market knowledge, investment insights, and legal guidance
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s latest property trends, project launches, and regulations
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 1+ years of Dubai real estate experience (off-plan and/or secondary market)
  • Proven track record of closing high-value property deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven, ambitious, and performance-oriented
  • RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  • UAE driving license highly desirable
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Mandarin, etc. are a plus)
