Real Estate Agent

Job Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and client-focused Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on selling off-plan properties directly from top developers, guiding investors and end-users through the process, and ensuring successful deal closures. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan property market, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell off-plan projects from leading developers in Dubai.
• Identify and qualify potential investors through cold calling, networking, digital marketing, and referrals.
• Conduct property presentations, project briefings, and site tours for clients.
• Advise clients on payment plans, investment opportunities, ROI, and market trends.
• Maintain strong relations with developers to stay updated on latest project launches, offers, and commissions.
• Negotiate and close deals while ensuring proper documentation and compliance with RERA regulations.
• Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring smooth handover and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market (mandatory).
• RERA license/certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan projects, developers, and investment trends.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market.
• Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Chinese, or French is a plus).
• Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
