Key Responsibilities:

• Assist buyers and sellers in navigating real estate transactions from start to finish.
• Attract and engage potential clients through prospecting, marketing, and relationship building.
• Negotiate deals, prepare contracts, and guide clients through every step of the sales process.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of local market trends and property values.
• Collaborate with team leaders and follow strategic plans to hit personal and team sales goals.
• Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to sharpen your skills.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales (preferred but not required if highly motivated).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, sales techniques, and closing procedures.
• Must be licensed (or in the process of obtaining a real estate license).
• Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools.
