About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our Dubai-based team. This full-time position involves facilitating property transactions, building client relationships, and providing top-tier customer service exclusively for off-plan projects.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to leads, follow up, and convert to appointments, tracking all updates in a database system
  • Identify properties meeting client requirements and schedule viewings to close deals
  • Offer expert guidance on property investments and market trends.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay informed about Dubai's real estate regulations and market dynamics.


Requirements

·      Dubai real estate experience of at least 6 months to 1 year preferably with off plan projects

·      Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiation abilities

·      Presentable with a professional image

·      Strong sales and negotiation skills.

·      Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.

·      Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (is a plus).

·      Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and regulations (RERA certification preferred).
