JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agents (Brokers/Consultants)

with proven experience in both residential and commercial property sectors. The

ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, managing client

relationships, facilitating property transactions, and achieving sales and leasing

targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Development & Lead Generation

 Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through

networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing

 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers, sellers, landlords,

and tenants

 Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in residential and

commercial segments

Client Relationship Management

 Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions

 Conduct property viewings, inspections, and site visits for residential and

commercial properties

 Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and

referrals

 Provide professional guidance on market trends, pricing, and investment

opportunities

Sales & Leasing Transactions

 Negotiate terms and close sales and rental deals for both residential and

commercial properties

 Prepare and process necessary documentation including offer letters, tenancy

contracts, sale agreements, and MoUs

 Coordinate with landlords, developers, legal teams, and mortgage advisors to

ensure smooth transaction closures

 Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and company policiesMarket Intelligence

 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, property values, and

regulatory changes

 Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information on property

availability, pricing, and investment potential

CRM & Reporting

 Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, property listings, and

transactions in the CRM system

 Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Essential:

RERA Certification (Real Estate Regulatory Agency, Dubai) – Must hold a

valid RERA broker card or be eligible to obtain one

Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Real Estate Agent/Broker

in the UAE

Mixed experience required:

o Residential property sales and leasing (apartments, villas, townhouses)

o Commercial property sales and leasing (offices, retail spaces,

warehouses, industrial units)

 Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, areas, communities, and

property values

 Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and leasing targets

Preferred:

 Existing database of clients and developers

 Experience with property portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.)

 Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools

 Valid UAE driving license

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

 Strong customer service orientation with a professional approach

 Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships

 Good understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in UAE real estate

 Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus)

 Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real Estate Agent / Broker in UAE: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

  • RERA Broker Card or Eligible to get one (Required)
