This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Dubai. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing market insights, and maintaining strong professional relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, preparing sales agreements, and assisting clients in navigating the real estate market effectively.

• Strong expertise in property sales, client acquisition, and negotiation strategies
• Knowledge of the local real estate market and property regulations in Dubai
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Ability to conduct market analysis and provide sound advice to clients
• Proficiency in computer systems, CRM tools, and office applications
• Fluent English language skills (additional language proficiency, such as Arabic, is a plus)
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently or collaboratively
• UAE driving license and own transportation is an advantage
