Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent at Property Shop Investment LLC. The responsibilities include promoting and selling off-plan properties to prospective buyers, advising clients on the property market, managing leads and client inquiries, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role requires ongoing client communication to provide exceptional customer service and regular collaboration with other teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License
• Experience in Real Estate and Real Property markets
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Strong Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and closing skills
• Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate markets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
