Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure new property listings for sale and lease.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, landlords, and buyers.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally.
- Negotiate offers, tenancy terms, and sales agreements.
- Advise clients on market pricing, trends, and investment opportunities in Abu Dhabi.
- Manage the full transaction process from inquiry to closing.
- Ensure all listings are accurate, compliant, and professionally marketed.
- Coordinate with internal teams for property management, maintenance, and client handover when required.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Maintain CRM records and weekly sales activity reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE real estate brokerage, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Valid RERA and/or ADREC/DMT real estate license.
- Strong understanding of sales, leasing, and local market regulations.
- Proven ability to close deals and generate listings.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Strong English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- UAE driving license preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
