Job Overview

As a Real Estate Agent at Mark Home Real Estate, you will play a key role in connecting clients with their dream homes and investment opportunities. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, generating leads, and ensuring a smooth experience for both buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Conduct property viewings and market analysis.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
• Negotiate offers and finalize contracts in the best interest of clients.
• Promote property listings on various platforms.
• Stay updated with real estate laws, financing, and market trends.
• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in real estate or sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
