We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent FEMALE to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice and excellent customer service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential, commercial, and off-plan properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
• Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, prices, and new developments.
• List properties, take professional photos, create compelling descriptions, and promote them through various marketing channels.
• Arrange property viewings, conduct tours, and negotiate prices to ensure a smooth transaction.
• Assist clients with legal requirements, contracts, and financing options.
• Build partnerships with developers, landlords, and investors to expand business opportunities.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1-2 years in real estate sales, leasing, or brokerage in Abu Dhabi (preferred but not mandatory).
