Real Estate Agent - Off Plan

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Relations:

  • Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers (Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Nakheel, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
  • Conduct property tours and provide comprehensive details on projects, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Understand clients’ investment needs and recommend suitable projects.

Market Knowledge & Research:

  • Stay updated on current and upcoming off-plan projects in Dubai.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.

Lead Generation & Negotiation:

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Prepare and manage required documentation for property transactions.
  • Maintain CRM records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Report weekly sales progress and targets to management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferably off-plan sales).
Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with major Dubai developers and their projects.
RERA Certification (preferred).
Fluency in English (Arabic, Russian, or French is a plus).
Motivated, target-driven, and well-presented.
