Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential & Commercial Sales Agent to join our high-performing team. This dual-focused role is ideal for professionals who understand the nuances of both residential and commercial property transactions and can deliver tailored solutions to a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert consultations based on client needs
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, investors, corporate clients, and developers
• Stay informed on market trends, zoning regulations, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
• Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and strategic insight
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

• Proven experience in both residential and commercial real estate sales
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market and regulatory environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are a plus
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
