Real Estate Agent - Salary + Commission

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Agent specializing in the Ajman property market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Ajman.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties in Ajman
  • Conduct property viewings, site visits, and client meetings
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and portals
  • Build and maintain a strong property portfolio and client database
  • Stay updated on Ajman market trends, pricing, and regulations
  • Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly targets
  • List and promote properties on Property Finder, Bayut, and social media
  • Provide clients with investment advice and market insights
  • Manage documentation, contracts, and closing processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE real estate experience (Ajman preferred)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Ajman areas (Al Nuaimiya, Al Rashidiya, Al Jurf, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, commission-based environment
  • UAE driving license & own car (preferred)
  • Multilingual candidates (English, Arabic, Hindi/Urdu) are a plus
