Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and multilingual Real Estate Agent fluent in Spanish to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who understand the needs of Spanish-speaking buyers, investors, and expatriates, and who are passionate about delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent and promote properties to Spanish-speaking clients
• Conduct property viewings and provide culturally informed consultations
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors from Spanish-speaking markets
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and legal procedures
• Negotiate and close property transactions with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and company tools

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required
• Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an advantage
