Core Responsibilities:
Property Transactions:
- Manage property transactions from start to finish, including property listings, client engagement, viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in property transactions and negotiations.
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other matters related to real estate transactions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with the highest standards of service.
- Provide personalized property search assistance based on clients’ preferences, investment goals, and financial requirements.
- Manage ongoing communication with clients to keep them informed about available properties and market trends.
Networking and Lead Generation:
- Develop and maintain a network of clients, property developers, and industry professionals.
- Attend networking events and establish relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads provided by the company or generated by the broker.
Market Knowledge:
- Stay updated on property market trends, pricing structures, and economic factors that affect real estate in Dubai.
- Conduct market analysis to provide clients with current market insights and property evaluations.
- Stay informed about new property developments, off-plan projects, and prime investment opportunities.
Requirements:
Property Marketing:
- Work with the marketing team to promote property listings through social media, online platforms, and company resources.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, ensuring that properties are presented in the most attractive and professional manner.
- Provide content for property advertisements and ensure that listings are optimized for visibility on platforms like Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all property transactions are compliant with Dubai’s legal and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Agency) regulations.
- Coordinate with legal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes, including preparing sales agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the administrative team to ensure all required documentation is in place for each transaction.
- Collaborate with real estate analysts to provide clients with accurate market forecasts and investment advice.
Commission Structure:
- Marketing leads are split 50/50, while personal leads are 70/30 in favor of the agent.
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Chinese are a plus).
- Regularly participate in training and professional development programs provided by AKARIA Real Estate.
