We are seeking a driven Real Estate Attorney to support the principals and play a key role in our continued growth.

Role Overview
The Real Estate Attorney will support acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and asset management matters. This individual must be highly efficient, detail-oriented, and able to conduct thorough legal research while working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate is proactive, intellectually curious, and genuinely excited about the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and related transactional documents
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, actionable guidance to principals
• Support due diligence efforts, including title, survey, zoning, and entity structuring matters
• Coordinate with outside counsel, brokers, lenders, and consultants
• Identify risks and propose practical, business-oriented solutions
• Assist principals with strategic legal and operational initiatives as the company scales

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active member of the Florida Bar
• 3–7+ years of real estate transactional experience
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
• High work ethic with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for being part of a growing platform
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $75,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
