Job Summary

The Real Estate Broker is responsible for overseeing real estate transactions, managing client relationships, and driving sales and leasing activities. The role requires strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team of agents while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales, leasing, and property management services.
  • Manage and guide a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including property listings and client acquisition.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
  • Oversee property marketing activities, including advertising, open houses, and digital campaigns.
  • Negotiate and close sales and leasing agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE real estate market trends, regulations, and RERA guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and legal documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and investors.
  • Monitor team performance, provide training, and support professional development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Broker: 4 years (Required)
  • Leasing: 2 years (Required)
  • RERA: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Required)
