Key Responsibilities:

• Handle property sales and leasing transactions from start to finish
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
• Conduct property viewings and present listings professionally
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Negotiate deals and contracts to close successful transactions
• Update and manage property listings and client data in CRM systems
• Stay informed about market conditions and competitor activities
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Consultant
• UAE real estate experience is an advantage
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to succeed
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
