Real Estate Broker Manager

Position Summary

The Real Estate Broker Manager will oversee the daily operations of the brokerage, manage a team of brokers/agents, drive sales performance, ensure compliance with industry regulations, and foster strong client relationships. This role requires a combination of leadership, market knowledge, and business development expertise to grow the company’s market share.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor real estate brokers and agents.
• Set clear performance goals and monitor KPIs for the sales team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training programs.

2. Business Development

• Develop and execute strategies to increase property listings and sales transactions.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with property owners, investors, and developers.
• Lead marketing initiatives to promote the company’s properties and brand.

3. Operations & Compliance

• Ensure all transactions adhere to local real estate laws and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of listings, sales, and client communications.
• Oversee contracts, agreements, and other documentation for accuracy and compliance.

4. Market Analysis & Strategy

• Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and client preferences.
• Provide management with reports and insights to support strategic decisions.
• Adjust sales and marketing strategies in response to market shifts.

5. Client Relations

• Oversee the resolution of client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of real estate experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in UAE in brokerage company.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and expanding market share.
• Solid understanding of real estate laws, procedures, and documentation.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
