Real Estate Client Support Assistant (Full Time; On-site; I-8/4 Islamabad)

Decimal Solution is seeking a polished and proactive Real Estate Client Support Assistant to join our client's team in I-8/4, Islamabad. This is not a standard call center role. It is a client-facing support position designed for someone who can manage relationships, assist with property inquiries, and keep backend operations running smoothly.

You will be the bridge between the client (real estate agents and investors) and their customers. You will ensure every interaction is professional, timely, and solution-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Provide accurate information regarding property listings, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in preparing property documents, agreements, and listing sheets.
• Update and maintain client databases and property management systems.
• Use Microsoft Word and Spreadsheets to create reports, track leads, and manage schedules.
• Coordinate appointments between agents and potential buyers or tenants.
• Liaise between field agents and the office to ensure seamless information flow.
• Follow up with leads and log interaction details in the system.
• Assist in marketing efforts by preparing email blasts or social media updates as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate, administration, or client support is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Personality: Presentable, professional, and comfortable interacting with clients.
• Local Candidates: Residing in or near I-8/4, Islamabad is preferred due to the on-site nature of the role.
