Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients with property transactions, and providing expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively source and identify potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
• Conduct property viewings, inspections, and negotiations with clients.
• Maintain and update property listings and client records.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and other agents to access properties.
• Stay updated on market trends, property values, and relevant legal changes.
• Prepare and process necessary documents for sales and lease transactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant/Agent or similar role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the local property market and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
