We’re Hiring

We are looking for experienced and performance-driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for agents who are focused on closing deals and building a strong client portfolio within a structured environment.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of UAE real estate experience
• Proven track record of successful deal closures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to work with qualified buyers and serious clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales reporting
• Highly disciplined, accountable, and target-oriented
• UAE driving license and/or ADM license is an advantage

This position is best suited for agents comfortable working in a performance-based structure.
