Real Estate Lawyer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Lawyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal support on property transactions, tenancy matters, and compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, tenancy agreements, MOUs, and sales/purchase agreements.
• Provide legal advice on property acquisitions, leasing, and investment transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi and UAE real estate regulations.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings, disputes, and negotiations.
• Liaise with government authorities, notaries, and regulatory bodies.
• Conduct due diligence on properties and ownership documentation.
• Advise management on legal risks, policies, and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s in Law preferred.
• Licensed lawyer in the UAE (Abu Dhabi Judicial Department or relevant authority).
• 4–6 years of proven legal experience, with at least 2 years in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, property regulations, and dispute resolution.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.
