Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new listing leads through calls, referrals, and marketing
• Provide listing presentations and guide clients through the selling process
• Accurately price and market homes using current market data
• Coordinate photography, staging, and open houses
• Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of sellers
• Communicate professionally and effectively in both English and Spanish
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the transaction

✅ Qualifications:

• Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written communication)
• Previous experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Familiarity with MLS, CRM software, and digital marketing platforms
