Real Estate Listing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate to join our dynamic real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing properties, managing client relationships, and driving successful transactions in the UAE real estate market. They must have their own property owner data and be capable of obtaining owner approvals to advertise their properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• List and promote residential and commercial properties across various platforms
• Maintain and update property owner data and documentation
• Secure advertising approvals directly from property owners
• Coordinate property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Must have access to her own property owner database
• Proven ability to obtain owner approvals for property listings
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English
• Presentable, professional, and client-focused

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: AED 5,000/month, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
