AL BURRAQ RREAL ESTATE is looking for Real Estate Manager who can bring a team in our Company.

Real Estate Manager

The Real Estate Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding a team of property consultants/agents to achieve sales and leasing targets. This role combines leadership, coaching, and business development with hands-on involvement in property transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents to improve performance.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team.
  • Monitor individual performance and guide closing deals.
  • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and market knowledge.

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive the team to achieve assigned sales and leasing goals.
  • Support agents in negotiations and client presentations.
  • Generate leads, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee property listings, marketing campaigns, and lead distribution.

Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance, client interactions, and deals closed.
  • Coordinate with admin/marketing departments to ensure smooth operations.

Client Relationship Management

  • Handle high-profile clients and major property negotiations when required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat/referral business.
  • Represent the company professionally in networking events and industry platforms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Team Leader / Manager in the UAE.
  • RERA certification (is a plus).
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

  • Achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Team productivity and retention.
  • Growth in property listings and exclusive contracts.
  • Client satisfaction ratings and repeat business.
