Real Estate Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
• Oversee property leasing, renewals, and tenant management activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and profitability.
• Coordinate with maintenance, MEP, and facility management teams for property upkeep.
• Monitor rent collection, expenses, and financial performance of properties.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and periodic management reports.
• Negotiate contracts, leases, and agreements with vendors, tenants, and contractors.
• Ensure all properties comply with local laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Identify potential investment or development opportunities.
• Supervise and support real estate agents, brokers, and administrative staff.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
