Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Manager to oversee property operations, leasing activities, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing property value, ensuring high occupancy rates, and managing day-to-day real estate operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee residential and/or commercial real estate properties
• Develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies
• Negotiate lease agreements and renewals
• Coordinate with tenants, brokers, and service providers
• Monitor property performance, occupancy, and revenue
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies
• Prepare reports on property operations and financial performance
• Supervise property management staff and contractors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5years of experience in real estate or property management
• Strong knowledge of leasing, contracts, and property laws
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities
• Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems
