Role Overview

As Real Estate Marketing Executive at Bensonflow, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads and contribute to the overall success of our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage social media channels, create engaging content, and monitor online presence.
  • Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with external partners and vendors to maximize promotional opportunities.
  • Contribute to content creation, including writing, editing, and designing marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.
  • Support events, promotions, and campaigns to drive client engagement and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of marketing efforts and adjust strategies for optimal results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging projects, and best practices in Real Estate marketing.
  • Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
  • Adhere to the company s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year proven track records of previous experience.
  • Minimum Bachelors degree from a reputable university.
  • In-depth practical knowledge of digital marketing tools including but not limited to: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO and other programmatic media channels.
  • Deep understanding of marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices.
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills.
  • Sharp strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to create and translate quantitative & qualitative data and insights into a robust marketing strategy.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English is a must, duo lingual is a bonus.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges.
  • Creative out of the box thinking.
