Real Estate Media Producer & Field Operations Coordinator
Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Media Producer & Field Operations Coordinator to bring our listing media production in-house while ensuring every property is presented at a high standard—both online and in the field.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for producing photo and video content, managing listing presentation details, and maintaining signage and lockbox systems. The right person thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and consistently follows through without needing to be managed.
What You’ll Do:
Listing Media Production (Primary Focus)
- Capture professional photo and video for listings (interior, exterior, and detail shots)
- Shoot walkthrough videos and short-form content
- Operate drone for aerial photography/video (or willingness to become licensed)
- Ensure homes are visually ready prior to shooting (lighting, blinds, small adjustments)
Editing & Delivery
- Edit photos and videos using established presets and brand standards
- Deliver complete media packages within defined turnaround times
- Format assets for MLS, social, and marketing use
- Maintain organized file systems and media libraries
Agent Headshots & Branding Content
- Capture professional headshots for agents
- Execute scheduled branding sessions using structured shot lists
- Produce consistent, repeatable branding content (not one-off custom projects)
Field Operations & Listing Readiness
- Install and remove yard signs, riders, and directional signage
- Place and manage lockboxes for listings
- Ensure each listing is properly set up for showings and presentation
- Conduct quick on-site checks to maintain listing quality
Inventory & Asset Management
- Track and maintain inventory of signs, riders, lockboxes, and materials as part of daily workflow
- Ensure all assets are accounted for at time of installation and removal (no exceptions)
- Keep storage areas organized and ready for immediate use
- Maintain a simple, accurate tracking system for all sign and lockbox placements
- Immediately flag missing items, discrepancies, or low inventory levels
- Prevent loss, damage, and unnecessary replacement costs through consistent accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in photography and video production (real estate preferred)
- Strong technical skills with camera equipment and editing software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple listings, deadlines, and field tasks simultaneously
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
