Real Estate Office Manager

Real Estate Office Manager for a stable and growing commercial real estate company in the Brickell area. The Real Estate Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day office operations including light bookkeeping, process payroll, prepare commissions, inventory control, streamline administrative procedures, manage inter-office communications, etc.


This is an ON-SITE DIRECT HIRE position.

The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm with the flexibility to work overtime.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Owners and other departments
  • Manage and oversee the office maintenance, cleanliness, appearance, etc.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and marketing collateral
  • Maintain busy appointment calendars
  • Work with Brokers/Agents on all contracts such as leases and renewals
  • Assist tenants with any inquiries
  • Assist with weekly & monthly meetings
  • Input, code and process all invoices for payment
  • Prepare commissions and process payroll through Paychex
  • Other duties as assigned


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven office management or executive assistant experience within the real estate industry
  • Experience as a Real Estate Paralegal is a strong plus
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills a top priority
  • Very strong technical skills (MS Office, Adobe, etc.)
  • Ability to effectively interact with others in a positive and professional environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Team player who is positive, energetic, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Requires a high level of independence, accountability, good judgment and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
