Real Estate Photographer / Videographer

Who We Are:

Elevated Studio is a real estate media company, and we are looking for a dedicated photographer with enough experience to assist our lead photographer. We provide high-quality content for real estate agents throughout all of South Florida. We're chill but are always operating in high gear. We like to laugh but are always focused on the goal. We’re a team of photographers and videographers who move fast, take pride in our work, and care about building a reliable, long-term crew.

This Is For Someone Who:

• Already understands their camera and composition
• Wants consistent freelance work
• Is coachable and open to refining their style
• Can operate independently once trained

You don’t need to be perfect, but you do need a strong foundation and attention to detail.

What You'll Do:

• Capture real estate photo shoots (interior + exterior)
• Assist or shoot property videos (depending on experience)
• Capture drone photos and videos (training and drone provided if needed)
• Occasionally capture behind-the-scenes content for social
• Upload and organize files (no editing required)

Growth Path:

• Month 1: Shadow + assist on shoots
• Month 2+: Begin handling shoots independently
• Opportunity to grow into 3–5+ shoots per week

Pay:

Training Phase (First Month):

• Shadow shoots: $50–$65 per shoot
• Assisting / partial shooting: $65–$80 per shoot

After Training:

• Typical earnings: $90–$200+ per shoot
• Weekly potential: $280–$800+ depending on volume

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of camera experience
• Portfolio (real estate preferred but not required)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and punctuality
• Willingness to follow our shooting style and system

Preferred (Not Required):

• Drone experience (FAA Part 107 is a plus, or willingness to obtain)
• Sony camera experience
• Bilingual (English / Spanish)
