Real Estate Photographer / Videographer (Contractor – Jacksonville, FL)

Job Description:

Showcase Listings Media is a fast-growing real estate media company based in Jacksonville, FL, specializing in high-quality listing photography, cinematic video, drone content, and social media marketing for real estate agents.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer/Videographer to handle on-site shoots while our team focuses on marketing, editing, and client growth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being in the field, wants consistent work, and prefers not to handle client acquisition, editing, or backend business operations.

Responsibilities: WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON - LOOKING FOR A PERSON TO GROW INTO A PARTNER IN THE BUSINESS.

• Capture high-quality real estate photography
• Film listing videos + short-form social content
• Operate drone for photo/video (FAA Part 107 required or willing to obtain)
• Capture data for floor plans (training provided if needed)
• Ensure homes are camera-ready upon arrival
• Deliver raw footage/files promptly after each shoot
• Represent the brand professionally with agents and homeowners

What You DON’T Have to Do:

• No client prospecting or sales
• No editing required (unless discussed)
• No social media management
• No scheduling or backend operations

Requirements:

• Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras
• Strong eye for composition and lighting
• Reliable transportation
• Professional communication and punctuality
• Ability to work flexible hours (including occasional evenings)
• Drone license (Part 107) or willingness to obtain within 30 days

Compensation:

• Paid per shoot (1099 contractor)
• Typical earnings: $120–$300+ per shoot depending on services
• Consistent workflow for the right candidate
