About the Role

As a Real Estate Professional Agent at Metropolitan Capital Real Estate, you will play a key role in representing buyers, sellers, and investors in one of the region’s most dynamic property markets. Key Responsibilities

• Manage property transactions including listings, viewings, negotiations, and closings
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
• Maintain a strong understanding of local real estate trends and regulatory updates
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, developers, and industry professionals
• Utilize CRM systems to manage leads and track client interactions
• Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to support the sales process

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• UAE driving license preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is a plus
