Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Professional Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in property sales, excellent client service skills, and a commitment to delivering results. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, building relationships, and guiding clients through every step of the buying, selling, or leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide expert market insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors
• Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and integrity
• Stay informed about market trends, legal regulations, and new property listings
• Use CRM systems to manage leads, interactions, and transaction records
• Achieve monthly performance targets and contribute to team success

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and UAE property market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
• UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools
• Professional demeanor, self-motivated, and client-focused
